#tbt when I had time to take selfies 😂 . Grateful to be busy in business, 8 years on the first of July since I became self employed. Hard slog, blood, sweat & lots of tears. I’m hard on myself, thinking in my head I should have a bigger business at this stage in my career, but things happen for a reason I believe. I started slowly with £500 of savings & having a part time job at the same time. I know what it’s like to struggle with money, to struggle to pay the bills & have no spare cash to do anything. We all have visions of where we expected to be by a certain age/time etc or where we wanted to be now but we all have our own journeys, timings will be different for us all. I think I appreciate things more the way it has gone so far for me. It’s taught me that good things don’t come to those who wait....it comes to those that work hard, take nothing for granted & take risks.
