Look at that facey while he chills in the garden. Chill is definitely what I’m doing today. I’m exhausted after this past week of trying to get caught up with work. I have been so stressed that my back muscles were so tense & started going into spasm. Something I’m not fully recovered from yet. Running a business full time by yourself can be so hard on your mind & body. Emails, designing, making, dealing with copycats in the same small town, customer orders/enquires....the list is very long. I am grateful for all my lovely customers, it means I can pay my bills just like we all have to do. What’s frustrating is folk making comments and not knowing fully what it takes to run a business. And it’s worse when it’s folk your family are friends with. We all need to make a living, would you work for free? No, none of us would....but some expect others to, some want something for nothing. At the end of the day every business needs to make a profit to survive, that’s the bottom line. Shame on those that try to take that away from others by ripping of their ideas and charging a pittance. Seeing it all too often now & it’s hurting folk making a living. Do your own thing, there is plenty space for us all.....but not of 4 folk in one town are selling the exact same things....it does not make good business sense. Thanks for coming to me TED rant ✌🏼

Sometimes the only things that comforts you when you have a bad mental health and you feel fuckin’ awful is the love & cuddle of your dogs. Mabel is there just at Hugo’s back. They never judge, always excited to see you, don’t ask for much, they give you love & affection like no other. They don’t expect much from you in return and will happily cuddle in beside you when you are unwell.
